THE CHALLENGE:
Our task was to identify and recruit a Director of Quality Assurance & Operations on behalf of a high profile government organisation based in an exclusive location in the Middle East. This executive-level role would require a visionary, someone able to lead strategies and contribute to the development of the organisation as a whole.
The ideal candidate would be expected to immerse themselves their new adopted culture specialise in change management identify key areas of the internal processes that needed developing in a new cultural context.
The Solution:
Discreet research led mapping, identification and approach search assignment across the entire European region culminating in the presentation of a qualified shortlist of motivated, capable and interested talented executives. Our input extended to attending all interviews throughout the selection process providing additional support and advice. This is something Our client
